Guoxin Investment Case (High-end Luxury Property Project)

In December 2023, the company invested in the Longxu High-end Residential Project located at 296 Prince Edward Road West, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, Hong Kong through Guoxin No.1 Limited Partnership Fund under its umbrella.
This project consists of 45 brand-new luxury houses, situated in a traditional luxury residential area in Kowloon. It is within the catchment area of prestigious schools and adjacent to the East Rail Line stations of Kowloon City and Mong Kok.
